Our print brochures and booklets range includes stapled, perfect bound, wiro and folded binds. Each can be printed on a huge choice of different paper types and thicknesses, from glossy finishes for product brochures, to bond paper for professional documents.
There’s also a collection of sizes to choose from, whether you’re looking for standard A4 brochures and booklets or pocket-sized A6 manuals.
Stapled Booklets
We have the perfect solution for printing your annual reports, magazines, brochures and other booklets - Stapled Documents.
All saddle-stitched books must be created in multiples of 4 pages, counting each page as you would in a normal page numbered book. Thus, a single page folded in half becomes a 4 page “book” and so on.
We have a great range of high-quality papers for you to choose from, including a broad selection of luxury papers. Choose heavier stock for the cover, with a choice of matt or gloss lamination for added strength. Choose a lighter stock for inner text pages (and for more than 28 pages, 130gsm or lighter to stop your document springing open).
Size & Finish Options: A4 portrait, 1/3 A4 portrait, A5 portrait or landscape, 210 x 210mm square. Single or double-sided lamination in gloss or matt finish, or opt for no lamination.
Perfect Bound Booklets
Perfect bound printing is commonly used for magazines, brochures and thicker booklets and reports, this method binds your document together with adhesive along the spine to provide a smooth and stylish finish.
We crease the cover from the spine to create a hinge that protects the glued edge. It’s professional in appearance, cost effective - even for low quantities - and a great option for documents from 40 up to 700* printed pages.
We have a great range of paper and finishes to choose from, with the option of matt or gloss lamination. Choose from silk, gloss or uncoated for your cover (250gsm to 350gsm), with gloss, matt or no lamination. We recommend you always matt laminate your cover for a quality finish. Our perfect bound books are available in A4 portrait or landscape, 1/3 A4 portrait, A5 portrait or landscape or 210 x 210mm, 148 x 148mm, 140 x 140mm and 120 x 120mm square. You can also select a custom size perfect bound book. Your inner (text) pages can be recycled, premium uncoated, silk or gloss, in weights ranging from 100gsm to 200gsm. Our range of luxury papers is available for most sizes of perfect bound books.
Wirobound Booklets
Wiro binding (also known as wire binding, which is simlilar to spiral or coil binding but gives a more professional looking finish) involves gathering pages together, punching holes along their side and holding them together with a metal wire spine. When the pages are opened they either lie flat or can fold fully back around, making wiro binding ideal for annual reports, recipe books, manuals and other reference material. It’s also suitable for between 4 and 180 leaves - that’s up to 360 printed sides.
Choose wiro binding on the top or left-hand side, and landscape or portrait orientation. You can select from silk, gloss or uncoated paper (with recycled options for both silk and uncoated), or from our broad range of luxury papers. You can opt to laminate your cover, and for extra strength and durability, you can choose to add protective clear acetate covers.
We can provide wiro bound documents in sizes A3, A4, US Letter, A5, 1/3 A4 and 210mm x 210mm square.
